When I DO reach out to my "group " no one ever really responds (not that I'm ever better" so, in this 2 way street none of us are really helping one another, it gets discouraging

Add me as a friend and I will respond.... NO MATTER WHAT ok.... staying clean must come first no matter what.... and staying connected is just as important....
Hi Lora. Early sobriety can be quite challenging. We all start out at the bottom, and it takes time to build our support group. You’ve got over 5 months of sobriety! This is amazing. Keep pushing forward. Do you go to meetings or follow any program of recovery? If so, maybe you could volunteer to help set up or make coffee. If not, maybe it’s a good time to look into it.
