I am so grateful to be waking up today 
SOBER! GRATITUDES for another day on the tracker and I am grateful for being able to go spend the day with my 2 favorite Kennel Techs!
Grateful this morning for a phenomenal class with the Virtual BIP group 
as we finished our lesson on Dr Gottmans 4 Horsemen of the Apocalypse! What a great 98 minutes. One of our men will be leaving the group next week and he presented his Exit Plan. There was so much growth expressed as he shared his learning with us in his speech.
I know it is small, however I am so grateful for Shiloh and her progress with being a dog that feels safe. She isn't jumping up and running away every time I move. She just lays at my feet, raises her head and looks up at me when I rollover or move about. This warms my heart.
I am grateful today for a double shifts at the BPPR. We are at 39 
dogs today as many people took advantage of the 4 day work week and the offical close of summer in our county. It will slow down here on The Emerald Coast now with less tourists coming in to enjoy our spectacular view of the Gulf. I plan to listen to Snoopy Summer Jazz today and I am so excited 
!
Grateful today for I know that my girls got their letters. I am hoping they will reach out. Even if it to tell me they want nothing to do with me...the mental and emotional anguish would be over and I would have an answer. Then again, silence does speak for itself. I just wish 
they would see ME. The new me. The sober me. The me that is growing everyday and the me that has a new career and living 
a fully sober life and on a daily Journey to Recovery!
I plan to watch Pinnochio this weekend and complete the same packet that I assigned to my SU group. I might get to play it at the BPPR during the doggie nap time at noon.
I am so grateful for today.
I am super excited to have enough court ordered people to start my Anger Management Group in one week.
I am grateful today to be a day closer to my 55th 
birthday!
