I try not to talk about the things i did in my addiction. For the reason i dont want them taking up space and i dont want them fresh. So when i hear other people talking about there addiction almost bragging about i stop the conversation and just leave. Since i have bin in recovery i have noticed everyone that talks about there addiction like a badge of honor has relapsed.

Ya my friend. You are in a bad place there
You are levels above, so why not step up and tell them what it's all about! Get rid of them

To be clean, is what your friends want. You are figuring this out as you go be a boss . I see this in you !

Thanks bro. I am still early in my recovery. So I set boundaries right away with people. It gets to be a little much sometimes when people are still living in there addiction. I tell them as long as u keep ur addiction fresh and addictive in ur mind. U are going to get loaded. Don't forget what u have been thru but dont live there.
