It’s vital for me, some days are better than others. This holiday season hasn’t been easy.

Meditation is a great method! I've learned the more I meditate, the better I get at it. Now I can travel to other worlds. I like guided meditations at the begining and turn to just sounds. Most days I meditate in the evening for around 45 min.

Such great wisdom in all that you have stated. Working through all of the thoughts, feelings and emotions can feel daunting at times, but yes, reflection, meditation and just acknowledging rather than numbing all makes a great difference.
