I used to use the NoMo app but my husband said those people were controlling me and thats the same reason why i can’t use BetterHelp.

My husband watches not every move I make but quite a bit.

I’m going back on the NoMo app. I liked it and if he doesn’t like me getting support, maybe he should get help for himself! Or a doctor for refilling his meds lol
