I’ve been having really bad insomnia lately where I go to bed between 12-4 AM and then I wake up at 12-2pm. I take melatonin and I try meditation and listening to soothing sounds but nothing helps. Any suggestions

That happened to me too. But I also didn't have a job at the beginning of sobriety. I would just embrace the night if you are able to. It didn't last forever for me, I went to bed last night at 9? That's not me.
Melatonin, there are a bunch of calm/relax supplements at the drug store that contain gaba, ashwagandah, l-theanine, 5htp, melatonin, etc. all in different variations
I also listen to a podcast called Sleep With Me that has helped me over the years even before sobriety
I’ve got 6 months clean and have a part time job. I’ll lay in bed at 9 but won’t actually fall asleep til 12-4 am. Like I said in my post I take melatonin and listen to meditation I’m trying to see if there’s anything else I can do
