Today I’m grateful for being able to be in treatment. For all of the people that helped me get sober, and for family.

This is a WE program, just remember that. I could have never pieced together 2 years without help. Things changed with me once I actually stayed asking for help. It is when I truly admitted that I was powerless over this disease.

Treatment 2 yrs ago saved my life
I still use a lot of the tools I learned there.
