I’ve been sober over six years have became a single full-time dad in the process been married and divorced in the process even being away from the drugs still haven’t learned to love myself I try not to show my daughter that side of myself Sometimes I feel like I’m in a bubble and it just gets smaller and smaller it seems like my family wanted me around more when I was using than sober For me personally everybody says things get better but they have it not in that aspect at least

I HAVE A VERY SIMILAR STORY. Self-Love...That may be the most difficult part of the journey! Ain’t figured it ALL out... I read about and just nibble on the subject. In doing that I KNOW I’m better than last year. Trying to figure it ALL out is cumbersome to say the least. It DUZ get less difficult! O2-28-2O22
