Find a SSLA meeting in your area or try finding one on Zoom. It might be worth looking into. SSLA has been a great place for me and might be the same for you.

I can so relate, since I’m also struggling with this myself. Your not alone in this.

Just don’t watch the first one it’s the one that keeps u going. If you don’t watch the first one you can’t watch, the second one one is too many and 1000 is not enough ask God to help relieve you of your obsession first thing in the morning and pray for it to be removed every time the thought comes into you to watch.
