Yes you can Desiree! You made it thru day 1, week 1, month 1, and month 2! You are doing it!! Remind yourself what it was like just before you got sober. Whatever troubles you are going thru, alcohol will not fix any of them. It will only make things worse. Let’s focus on what you can do so that you can feel better.
