Girl, you know what your talking about. It would of made it much worse maybe even impossible if you picked up a drink. You realized that and stayed strong! You are sooo far ahead of other people! Your eyes are open and I'm proud of you!!! Build on this.

Lola we are on the same path. All week I told myself a drink will only make matters worse than they already are. And look we are both still sober today. Yay for us!
