It's so self explanatory and definitive.
It’s illegal in America to show intoxicated people in alcohol advertising.
It makes me laugh but totally true. Great point. Always aware of that on TV and in movies where I think they should be drunk by now or they are fake drunk too. Amateurs. Just kidding!
They can have sober people who appear intoxicated if they want to show the full truth. Then again, nothing in advertising is the full truth. Like the commercials that show people who are happy to take a prescription.
