I’ve officially made it my first 24 hours without using. I’ve made it to my work day and I’m trying to plan productive activities for when work is over. Looking for strength and positivity

You got this! One day at a time, I’m now 18 days sober and yesterday was a test and I passed! Went to a concert and stood strong with no booze! You can do this

Viva don’t think it’s such a little time means so much but they couldn’t be more wrong it’s the fact that we even tried it came back to get Pastors 24 hours is nothing short of a miracle

You are doing amazing so far. You made it your first 24 hours and you are in the best mindset at work. Don’t worry about being super productive or you may wear yourself out! Just keep your mind busy. That’s the most important thing while this is so new. You can do this!!!!!
