I’ve relapsed again! I need to break the cycle! A lot of shame and guilt

It's not how many times you fall that matters it's how many times you get back up. Take it one day at a time. I'm at my aunt's and haven't seen them in 3 years. It is very difficult for me being sober around them

Keep your eyes on the prize. You want to be sober and you are stronger then the substance.

Try not to have the shame and guilt, I know it’s hard to do. Addiction is a relapse disease, and unfortunately sometimes it happens. We can however, start fresh and learn and keep pushing through. It is a terrible cycle, but not an impossible one to break!!
