First day today and really going to put all ive got into this. I keep telling myself this time is the time, but honestly im just spinning my wheels and wasting my precious life at this rate! I really dont want to waste away at the bottom of a bottle any more.

You can do it.
All you have to do is put your mind to it and do it one day at a time. If that doesn't work do 1 hour at a time one minute at a time or one second at a time whatever works. Cuz this works if you work it but it'll suck if you don't.
