I want to be clean and sober and enjoy life so bad. I don't know how. It's just really hard to stop getting high

I found myself needing to ride the waves of cravings and just finding any level of support to struggle through those hard moments to the other side was super important. So many fears and emotions came up that I didn't want to deal with, but the distance and time is starting to give me a light at the end of the tunnel. Don't give up.

Get to a NA meeting. They know how to not get loaded and enjoy life.

Delores, are you working the steps with a sponsor?
I couldn’t get happy until I got serious and did the steps to the very best of my ability. After I did that, it was easy being happy and creating the life I always wanted.
