I am in actived addiction and need help cant do it on my own

If you can get into a program, it would be some good practice. Not everyone can do inpatient, but it's a lot easier when you can step back from responsibilities. It's good you're on here reaching out. Add me so I'll see your posts more.

I recommend doing a detox and/or treatment program. Do it before it’s too late

Go to a meeting, or call someone who u know is sober.

Going to detox and/or rehab would give you a break in the active addiction cycle. “I can’t do it myself, but we can”. Our addiction will tell us that we don’t have the time, can’t take off of work, can’t leave our families. But sometimes we just have to - to save our own lives. That’s not selfish, that’s self-love. I can say from experience that whatever we put before ourselves - jobs, family - we will lose if we don’t do what is necessary to quit using.

I want to do bad I been down this road before I am tired I fell like I just gave into it I am lost can't seem to find myself again
