I want to get started, I keep saying todays the day. I set my tracker and then by the next morning, I have to delete it bc I have had a drink. I started again today and after work I’m buying an accountability journal. Hoping this will keep me focused and productive.

How have you been doing?
Group therapy was the first thing that helped in recovery!!! Sometimes it’s hard to keep yourself accountable.
you learn a lot in group and it’s also nice having support from others. Also those few hours when your there it feels so safe because you can’t drink.
Throw away all alc in your place and when you get home put your car keys away and stay busy !!! Go on nature walks, arts and crafts, music, singing, yoga, and whatever your interested in!!!
