I want to quit already

Maybe I should go to rehab

Yes definitely. Detoxing alone is extremely hazardous! Please go to a rehab or hospital.

If you feel you need to then you probably need too. Nothing wrong with it.

You would be safe there and they really do help get you feeling a little stronger before you have to face it alone.

Good decision. That was the only way I was able to stop. In 7 days I was put on Medication for withdrawals and I have been sober from alcohol for 29 months. I couldn’t stop on my own. I was so addicted to it. I drank morning till night (in secret) imagine doing that every day for 7 months. I relapsed at the start of the pandemic from a hugh sip of my husband’s beer when he went to men’s room. I was off and running for 7 months. Prayed every night for god to take me so I wouldn’t have to tell anyone “I did it again”. So I almost killed myself not asking for help. I am so so glad I went to the best rehab in the State of RI. They even set me up with a full recovery team. IF you really want YOU can do it. It’s so worth it. Just being clear headed is amazing.:pray::pray::pray::heart:

You can definitely die detoxing on your own.:pray:

Rehab is a great choice, if you really want a better life!..Go for it Angelica!

Rehab will be the best choice you ever make. It’s a great head start on sobriety.

Rehab is a great place to begin the journey back to a better life. Good luck.
