I want to quit drinking but everyone i do i shake and get sick. I don't think i can quit cold turkey because of this. I can't afford inpatient rehab, can't miss the time from work. I don't want to talk to my doctor because i don't want this to follow me forever. Is there any way too get help outpatient anonymously?
Contact your local AA. What city and state are you in if I may ask? I get the anonymity part. You might be surprised in a good way about how people actually would receive you.
