I want to stop drinking but every day I find myself getting drinks and drinking
I hear you. Wanting to stop and actually stopping are two different fights, and the gap between them is where most of us get stuck. It usually comes down to making a real decision, not just a wish, and then building something around that decision so it doesn't rely on willpower alone. What's made it hardest for you day to day?

Recovery is an active process. You want to stop drinking, which is amazing. Now you have to find a recovery pathway that works for you. Don't give up.
Dig deep and find a support group or program you can get into.
Don’t give up
Have to change everything you’re doing. You’re route, environment, friends and mindset. Make a plan and no matter what stick to it. The opposite of addiction is connection. Detox snd then treatment an option?
