Me too. I’m taking it one day at a time. Sometimes I used to have to take a minute for a minute.

Forever can be really overwhelming. Stay in the moment. I would look for a podcast, jump into conversations here on Loosid. Sometimes helping the next one struggling even though we are can be what you need to help you push through.
