You should wait until you're deep in withdrawals or it's going to send you into precipitated withdrawals... Which is what I'm guessing you are afraid of. As long as you wait long enough... At least 24 full hours you'll be ok.

I can't speak for you, but If it were me, I'd be fine to take it.
Really though getting in to see a doctor who can prescribe it-either as a short term withdrawal medication or as a long term medication assisted treatment method is going to be your best option. However if it comes down to taking that sub or getting high, well we both know that sub is a much better choice.

Don’t be afraid!! A lot of people was saying the Same thing to me to wait but I took my subs the next day and it didn’t do anything but make me feel so much better! Stay strong!:pray::muscle:t4::heart:

If you have fentanyl in your system, which now days is more common then not, be careful. I waited four days and still went into withdrawal because the sub will bind to the fentanyl. I was in treatment and tested positive for 13 days after my last use…but I was a very heavy user. I’m 36 days clean now and feel amazing. I couldn’t have done it without MAT. I wish you the very best healing. It’s a messy beautiful journey.

Thank you !!! That’s what I’m saying like I waited 4 days before and went into precipitated withdrawal and I was using every day for like 3 years so I know it can’t be out my system just yet.
