I've done it too... Honestly we dug a hole in our past ... But heck even Shadow eventually got out (bruised and broken) in homeward bound.

Relapse is all part of the process. Show yourself some grace, dont beat yourself up. Learn from the mistake and let go

Well you know how to stay sober for a year. Its not like you lost that experience. Realize your part in your relapse correct it and go for a year and a month. In all honesty it's just for today and if you stayed sober for today guess what you a winner!! Let's win tomorrow!!
