I was afraid that being sober I would not enjoy things as I once did, I don’t either…I enjoy life so much more than ever before!!! Blessed beyond measure!

Same here. I didn’t know what I was going to do with myself. I didn’t have ‘one day at a time’ so I had to break it down even more. I was so worried it meant that I couldn’t even have one drink at celebrations, that’s long gone. I don’t have to drink today. I’ve met a whole new community and this life is much simpler today.
