I was baptized at my church yesterday! Halloween and other holidays are times that really usually trigger me to drink and use. But I went to church yesterday, and the spiritual renewal of my baptism helped me to start a gratitude journal. Another way to keep my foundation strong and avoid temptation this holiday season.
