I was going to post this last night. But unfortunately, I had a delay which I'm posting today and today we are going to talk about patience in recovery when you first get into recovery. The first thing that you are going to notice about yourself. You will not have the energy or the stamina.Or the mindset for anybody's bull you are going to wake up angry and wanting to walk out. This is where you begin the battle in your mind to be patient. See if your recovery is going to work or do you need to leave and get that fixed on the 4th day of being clean? Away from your normal people your away from the neighborhood and everything else in is where you start to feel a little bit of joy and everything that you wanted to do the first 3 days of getting into treatment. Don't make sense anymore. Now here we are, we are 10 days in and you're getting a itch again because you have talked to the counselors about what's going on inside of you, and they have triggered a memory, a thought of spilling that made you get high. In the first place, what's you bypass this itch? Believe me You're gonna sit in the back of your rehab and you're going to smoke 5 to 10 cigarettes or burn your vape up because everything inside of you is singing. I have to you're scared now because now you see, it may actually work for you this time. Once you finally get those thoughts in your gonna make a call to somebody that you use to deal within your recovery. That call is going to depend on you staying or leaving do I fight for my life or do I go out and die like they are continuing to kill themselves? When you reach today 15, you have funny wretch. The threshold that you need to keep going because it takes 14 days by any psychologist to reprogram your entire mindset. Here is where you gain strength to keep going and you don't look back. Here is when you try to figure out, am I tired or am I tied because once you remove that are out of tired. You have family wrecks. Your bottom and you only want to come up because you do not want today like cheap. Place in your spiritual connection first. Once you do that, everything behind your God. Or whoever you decide to serve. Is going to be okay because now we know that we have some tools. We have sets and boundaries. We have the patients to believe in ourselves, we have the patience to understand others, we have the under patients, not to walk out, and we had the patience to begin anew, I'm still here, guys. If you ever need someone to talk to because we only keep what we give away and by helping one of you.Keep me strong everyday. It lets me know that life is still life.In and for that I have to keep going

Truth right there!
We only keep what we have by giving it away. One of the most important parts of recovery .
