I was in a meeting in West Virginia a couple years ago. And an older gentleman who went by the name of cotton came up to me after the meeting and said "son... the key to keeping sober is to keep a frog in your pocket." I asked him what it meant and he said fully rely on God. That has stuck with me ever since. I know that I can't do this thing on my own. I need God's help.
