I was living in sober living and my program director went to my sponsor and had asked him yes or no questions. Thats all i know from what my program director told me. I went to my sponsor to ask him what it was about and he told me he would not tell me. The program director is know for doing similar things with others in recovery and who are in his program. It broke trust between me amd my sponsor. What do i do?

I don’t have an answer I’m just commenting to ask if someone at least private messaged you to help. That’s sounds like an awful situation that should not have happened. Is there anyone above the program director. Maybe find a new sponsor I know that can be hard. But they violated your trust. And trust is very important in recovery.

I would agree with previous comments and say find a new sponsor. If there is trust issues, like most relationships, this will create unwanted stress. Secrets don't make friends.
