I was sober 4 5 years 6mos and then I went into a deep dark place around my birthday and went on a wine binge. Now I am beginning all over again. Road kill.
Don’t beat yourself up over this. It happens. Learn from it and move forward. You got this before and you can do it again. We all have times of weakness but you owe it to yourself to avoid going back to that dark place. Find out why? We all have faith in you
