I was struggling at the beginning of the week but i started listening to positive affirmations and meditation videos in the morning and night and they help a lot.

Now, try to actually say those positive affirmations out of your mouth!!
That’s a good start and a quick turn around. Training our mind /bodies to calm down is essential. It took me years to get this and you’re doing it now. Hang in there.
I love to listen to either Bible verses and meditation music and I love positive affirmations as well

Write down some affirmations that resonate with you the most and leave them in places where you will see them throughout the day. Great little reminders between listening!
