I went 13 days sober then binged for 8 days. Man I can’t get this poison down. Either I’m really good or really bad.

May need to go inpatient to get the base packed down. Or make sure you hit meetings every day… as many as needed to not pick up. Keep your head up man. Don’t be too hard on yourself. You will get it.
