I went to my first "party" as a sober person. It was my best friends bridal shower. I remained sober and managed to somehow controll my social anxiety. But gosh did it look fun joining in on the drinking. I tried to remind myself, they might be feeling great now but ill be feeling better tomorrow morning. Im proud of myself for keeping my intention of the day to not drink. Im still struggling with knowing ill be the sober one from now on. Anyway. Day 83

Way to go. You got this. I think you will find the drinking is not the fun. It's the people. You don't need alcohol.
