I wish I had more sober friends, then far distance friends that use. I keep my distance but check in on them here and there but a day to day sober friend is what I need and healthier for me. I’m hoping I meet new friends/peers this Friday at a bonfire AA meeting in my area. Which I’m looking forward to that!

Maybe try a church in your area? Tend to be sober people and a way to get into a community of people. Not everyone is into it and not every church is necessarily a good one, but it couldn't hurt
