I wish people would stop thinling this is a site to meet up for relationships.Friends in recovery for support when needed is fine but if your looking for a sober dating site go to loosids dating site.Does anyone run into this problem or am I just over bearing?

I totally agree. I think a lot of it is fake profiles targeting guys that are helping others or seeking help from others.
@ronald318426 yes. As of today, Sunday 19 October 2025, I've had 7 encounters of individuals who were not even sober or practicing a recovery program. All asking for either money, gift cards, gifts, the new iPhone, iPad or donate to their child's birthday party. I'd be more than happy to provide you with names and phone numbers. If you'd like.
