I woke up at about two a.m. today. Luckily, I was able to go back to sleep. When I got up again at six, I sent some prayers and gratitude up to David Bowie, thanking him for my sobriety, my kids, for my positivity, and the opportunity to be of service to those I care about. I have to get a couple friends to their IOPs and some meetings today. It’s going to be a good day (even though my feet were cold during my usual excursion outside with my coffee). I’m looking forward to my 7a.m. meeting! It’s a good day to stay sober. Sending hugs to all.
