I woke up feeling pumped!!! Today I reached the first recovery goal I set for myself when I started this journey to healing and a better life. 100 days without using Adderall, 100 days without drinking alcohol, 100 days of fear, anxiety, pain and sleepless nights, 100 days of meetings, 100 days of meeting people who’ve supported me and changed my life for the better, 100 days of healing. Today I am 100 days sober. Enough celebrating and now back to work.
