I woke up last night twice from having Using and drinking dreams I can't stand it bc sometimes it feels so real so needless to say I woke up went to the bathroom and starting to say the serenity prayer I done that a few times and went back to sleep but after the second dream I just laid there and gotten myself together praying to my Higher Power for waking me up and giving me another day at life I'm so greatful for the people he as put into my life and removing the people that wasn't good for me thank you Higher Power for loving me when I didn't to love myself

Drinking dreams are real. There will be a time where they will diminish
You did the right thing by reaching out to your Higher Power. You may want to add the 3rd step prayer .. God I offer myself to thee. To build with me and do with me as thou will. Relieve me of the bondage of self. Take away my difficulties so that victory over them May bear witness to those I would help of thy power , thy love and thy way of life. May I do thy will always.
