I work as a behavior specialist in a Public School setting. I have a summer program to do in July but besides that I have a lot more free time on my hands. I have been looking for some additional summer work. While I was at the nutrition shop I go to, I was speaking to the owner, like I always do and saying I could use some summer work if he knew anyone. Another man was in there and said he was the GM at this huge Brewery/Beach Club close to my apartment. He asked if I could do security for him. It pays so well and I could definitely use the money, but July 1st is only 3 months sober and while I have no desire to drink, I also do not want to dance with the devil. Hopefully another opportunity presents itself, but the money is very difficult to pass up.

Just like that situation got set up for you in the nutrition shop, another opportunity will come along. Hold out for it, and it'll be so worth it. I'm also just short of 3 months and I know for me, that'd not be q good position to get put into so good job for standing up for your recovery! Praying another job opportunity pops up for you
