I work with this annoying female, I’ll tell ya why she’s annoying. She’s annoying because any chance she gets she will rat or snitch on me to a manager about how I do my job, instead of idk talking to me if she has a problem.. :joy::unamused: Luckily for me I’ve been with the company longer then her, annnnd they think she’s just as annoying as I do n don’t believe a word she says because at the end of the day my shit gets done n I’m a good worker. I just feel like I need to let these things out because I usually just bottle them up n then explode on the wrong person or on the right person but over something really small. Thanks for listening :blush:

For me applying the 12 steps of Alcoholics Anonymous to my life helps me when situations like these arise. We tell ourselves this person is sick. Then we ask G0d for guidance, strength and courage to do the right thing. Then we ask, how can I help this person?
Sounds like you may need to do a fourth step on this person.
This is a prime example of how us alcoholics act. Someone makes us mad. We tell other people what the other person did to us. We leave out what we did to them. Then we hate that person together. When I did my fourth step and then my fifth step with my Sponsor I found out that my mistake are what cause 85% of the reactions of others towards me. I loved to play G0d. If people would just do what I say life would be perfect. Today, when someone starts to change my emotions I quickly realize that there is something wrong with me not them. I turn to G0d for help. I then see if there is anything I can do to help them. We are all sick people regardless of alcoholism. It’s a human condition. Egocentric kills more alcoholics.
