I would like to thank all those anonymous people who have guided me on my journey. There is no way I could accomplish this alone. I have been off of social media because I've been focusing on myself. This last year had many ups and downs but I still remain clean.
I don't need to ask God to keep me sober. I already know that he will. I was taught to pray for others, especially for the ones I start to resent. If I knew what was good for me... Be careful for what you pray for, you just might get it. There is one thing I think everyone should ask themselves, "Where is your high power when you get knocked down?" It's easy for anyone to say they have God on their side when life is well. You find true faith when you belive in absolute certainty, that when life knocks you down, he will guide you through anything.
I rewarded myself by enrolling in a 16 week fitness, life coaching, and all around positive outlook program. I do much better when I'm held accountable. I strongly suggest anyone, male or female to try it. I'm just shy of 3 weeks in and I feel a whole lot better already. Crossfit is no joke and the real deal.
Addiction is real and no one needs to suffer anymore. There is hope for anyone no matter how far down the scale they have gone. WE do recover!!! I never went to a treatment center. Every lesson was absolutely free. If you or someone you know needs help please reach out.
Once again, thank you all for helping me on my journey they call life. I love each and everyone of you.
