I would love to meet a sober man. I think you are young enough to be my son, though, Brad. Maybe we could share a billboard betwwen O'Hare and Milwaukee, advertising for a 40ish sober woman, and a 60 ish sober man. What do you say to that?

To date ? How much sober time do you have, my friend ? Over a year ? Go for it …just be kind to yourself. Less than a year….I’m a afraid it’s too soon to be looking especially with other females that have less than a year of sobriety as well. One the Golden rules of aa “don’t date seriously or get into a relationship less than a year of sobriety.”

And let’s be honest with ourselves, we’re all at least 1,000 miles away from each other. But please believe I wouldn’t date anyone without 1-2 years sobriety. David B, very responsible of you.
