If you are court mandated to be in AA and you hate it, I’m here to tell you that I’ve been there and that it’s going to be okay. Hang tough and make it out without feeling too shitty about yourself for not enjoying the program. Enjoy recovery, at the very least.

They aren't really "satanists" of the common vernacular. They use the symbolism to make Christians pee their pants, which I'm all for.

It's worth checking out. There is absolutely no religious slant. Just practical stuff.
Court ordered sobriety is wholly and completely flawed. Like court ordered mental health or court ordered sexuality. I understand the intention. But to me it reinforces resistance and resentment.
My sobriety started with a smidge of humility, honesty and willingness. And a heaping dose of desperation.
