Sometimes you need to be taken away from everything and everyone that means anything to you.. I was gone for a year.. I missed out on the ones I love.. lost one of my dogs.. she grieved so much.. my apartment was vandalized and anything I had worth anything was gone.. and that was by family members.. if you don’t have anything to lose except get’n clean.. that’s exactly what you need to do.. or you could get clean and sober by going to AA and working the program..

The first two times I went I thought I had everything figured out and understood everything they talked about.it wasn't until my third time things started making sense..my addicted mindset was preventing me from fully understanding what I was trying to learn. i was able to really learn after I stopped feeding my ego and humbled myself then the tools and lessons I learned were able to become part of my daily life. So keep going back as many times as you need to.i still continue to visit my first classes and counselors for check ins.
I would say only go if you need medical detox.
Depends if you think that treatment was helpful to do again. Or if it was kinda bogus then maybe look to find another.
