Im 50 days sober today and just needing a little more support my mind is not cloudy but lotta triggers and just sober posts and my new sober environment is a step

Congrats that’s huge 
52 days sober here. One thing that’s helping me a lot is staying busy, not just going to meetings even though I’m going to a lot, but I have a sponsor, go to therapy and am at an SLE.

It only gets better from here on out! Are you going to aa meetings? If not, start going. Working the program is amazing support for continued sobriety.
