Im a recovering achollic, im also dealing with the guy that im going 2 get Married 2 is also a drinker, ive a can of beer setting in my refrigerator, but the main thing is i know that just bc he drinks, I DON'T HAVE 2.
Any and all suggestions welcomed.
1 thing is pls don't say leave him,bc ive saved him so fare

Have a friend that liked his beer on the weekend. He is not an alcoholic. His wife is an alcoholic. He quit to save their marriage and supports her sobriety to this day.

I think when you're a recovering alcoholic you shouldn't have alcohol in your house at all. If he wants to drink and you are okay with that he should be doing that elsewhere not having that available to you.

Just remind yourself, do you want that old lifestyle again...

Did you gain anything from it? ..nope just a lot of anger, anxiety, depression and loss of hope..

Just remember "One Day at a Time"
