Well in Minnesota it's been out but had a few weeks where it was non existent.

West Michigan we have lake effect off lake Michigan and see the sun for 5.5 hours in winter 
. But the summers great!! Haha

I lived in Northern Minnesota for a few years and it was like that. It was off lake superior. Gets depressing.
