Looking @ myself when I wake up is something I had to push myself to do. It wasn't easy to see myself because I literally was trying to die an had a hard time facing myself. I'm so thankful that even though I look tore up from the floor up, I'm alive. I'm clean and sober. For the grace of God I'm alive. I'm happy that everyone is here with me. We made it another 24 hours . It works if you work it. YOU ARE WORTH IT.

Congratulations Jennifer I totally understand the trying to die way of life and I am also happy to be alive and working a program that focuses on doing things one day at a time it's great to connect with another survivor stay strong
