Eat fruits they have sugar they will help you
Just keep pushing everyday and also exercise helps with the low energy ...eating healthy and plenty of sleep if a game changer ..prayers for you

I relate to that so much, every time I quit something terrible, I gain weight and it doesn't feel like much of a victory. The short answer I have found is that it is possible to get into a healthy routine and drop the weight, but it takes a lot of effort, and as an addict and alcoholic I do not like things that are difficult. At some point though, you have to decide if you want to go forward or turn back, and I don't ever want to go back. Keep holding on to your life, and you will be able to shape it however you want one day. This i have to believe.

I catch express it enough!!! Without supplements I suggest since ur energies low... do stretches when ever you catch urself having the time too! They actually burn calories... i suggest protein 30 grams of it every two ours(when ur body uses the protein to put it into ur muscle it burns alot of calories)
But might i suggest... a pre workout energy drink... if you do get one... make sure there is b vitamins in it... the pre workout keeps you energized... but one without b vitamins feels dirty... b vitamins makes it a smooth ride!!!
Lastly... i also suggest sprinting even if its just once...
Sprinting it running for a short distence.. but top notch speed... so run full power until ur out of breath...
That even done once a day is a game changer!
But you dont exactly need protein every two ours... but minimum 2 times a day
