What I do is ,find something that I am truly grateful for and ask God to please remove the thought, and I get busy with stuff - anything at all to STAY OUTTA MY HEAD, cause this disease wants us down and lowly and lonely to soothe us and lie to us to make the itch and the pain go away --
YOU DO NOT HAVE TO GIVE IN TO THE INSANITY EVER AGAIN!!!!!
You are doing the hardest part already - exposing yourself , exposing the truth about yourself - that's how it works -- it's when we keep it in and don't say anything that the disease grows -- we are only as sick as our secrets
I care about you , because I am just like you,and I have years in my eyes because I know how bad it can be, but also that I can live without drugs and alcohol,and that they only make it worse
